AC21 Portablity I485 Approved !!!!

At last ...... after long wait ......after 1000 + days, My wife,son and self I 485 got approved. We are waiting to receive approval papers.

Using Third EAD.
RFE (Received) 03/29/2004 (missed due to G28 not updated)
RFE (Resent) 04/27/2004 (received at new attorney)
RFE (Received by INS) 05/12/2004
Last Date Updated : 05/12 , 05/13 , 05/14 , 05/17 , 05/24.
AP Date 05/21/2004.

I think My case is one of the worst and I changed my job by taking offer with the same client by using AC 21 portablility.

Contacted Carl Levl (Rep. Senator for MI) to speed up my case .USCIS sent me Second finger print.

Contacted again same senator. USCIS sent me RFE.

I am a silient observor.

I would like to convey my Thanks to Mr. Rajiv and to this Form for giving valuable adivce and comments

This is to confirm that (current company name) has offered an employment on a full time and regular basis to Mr. (your name) to work as an Analyst at an annual salary of $xx,000.00 per year. The terms and conditions of his employment petition filed by his previous company, (previous company name), shall continue to exist. Currently, (current company name) employs approximately __________ employees with gross revenue exceeding $____________. Clearly, we are able to hire a professional such as (your name).

Please note that the job we offered is in fact identical since Mr. (your name) has been working for us for several years as a contract employee through his current company, (old company). your wife & kids' last date of updation changed like yours ?. could you please give us details

My Wife and Kids dont have that many last change dates. I saw only 05/24. So only primary applicant i.e. mine changed that many dates, based on that I realised they received my application on 05/12 and started working on it.
