AC21 Portability for PERM??

Hi All,

Wondering anyone here in this Forum has an Idea of AC21 Portability w.r.t PERM like changing the employer after 6 months of filing I-485 (provided I-140 is approved)or whether the Employer can take back the GC application after 180 days of filing I-485?? which is not the case in the present RIR or Regular Processing.

Nothing changes with PERM with respect to I-140/I485 or AC21 law. The PERM is a new process for Labor Certfication processing. It is nothing to do with other process after the LC is approved.
