AC21 Portability and Salary

Hi Guys
I used labour substitution with my current employer, applied for 140 in June 2003, got it approved in Jan 2004, applied for 485 in December 2003 (ND is 12.08.2003).

My labour has a salary that does not match with my current salary (I am paid on an hourly basis although my H1 labour was filed as a salaried employee). My current pay from my employer is on an hourly basis because of this being a contract assignment and my employer is taking a big cut and giving me the rest, but what I am paid now is eqauting to be more than what is stated on the labour for GC. (using labour substitution).

So, Is that going to cause any problems in my 485 processing?

If I change employers after 180 days of my RD notice for 485 using AC21, what happens if I am paid even higher than the salary on the labour for GC and my current salary because I am able to get into a poroject that is billable at a highr rate.

Please let me know.

BCIS generally ignore minor and even significant salary variation. Hourly salary is multiplied 2000 (or 2080) to compute annual salary.
