Hello Gurus,
I applied 140&485 in November 2004 and my 140 is approved some where in May 2005.
I got RFE on my 485, It is about company financials. Deadline for RFE is 9/23/2005 and
my company still not responded for it. They are saying they will respond by 9/16/2005.
Now I want to change my empoyer as I am really fed up with them.
My questions are
1. Can my employer revoke my 140?
2. Can I change my employer before they respond to RFE using AC21?
3. What happenes if they don't respond to RFE and my new company responds?
Please let me know asap as I am running out of time here
