Gurus please help

I have a substituted Labor. I work in the TExas branch of the company, however the substituted labor was approved in CSC hence my app has been pending in CSC. Now i want to move to a job in Texas, (I have my I140 approved, I-485 pending > 180 days), do i need to change the service center

Also if i use the substituted labor, does my wage have to exactly match the wage of the substituted labor?

The substituted labor has a rate of pay higher than my current wage, is this an issue?

I am really confused and i have an offer pending. Do need to make a decision ASAP. Please help!!!

The salary variation should not matter.
You don't make a choice of change of center- BCIS does. BCIS may or may not change the center based on new job- mostly it does not.
