I have the following situation and need expert advise:
- I140 Approved
- 485 filed and less than 180 days
- Company merged: Operating under new name
- I140 Amendment to be filled soon
Q1: Is it advisable to file 140 Amendment or file AC21 after completing 180 days.
Q2: If 140 Amendment is filed. Can AC21 be applied(after 180 days) as original I140 is already approved. Or we have to wait till the new 140 gets approved.
