AC21 on different geographic locations?

I plan to move from the west coast to new york.
Does AC21 allow this cross-state job move? Will
my case be transfered from CSC to VSC?

The recent published regulations in AC21 does not say that AC21 cases may not be transfereed from one SC to another. So - you should be safe as long as you have a similar job as described in your labor.
