AC21 - Notify BCIS or Wait for RFE?

I have switched my employer. Should I notify BCIS about the Company change OR should I wait for the RFE? The Lawyer of my old company doesn't have time to tell INS that I am no longer working for them.

This question has been asked many times and different users have given different views in the past. Based on your experiences and Ideas, please suggest what you think.
 
It is always better to inform USCIS about the job change with relevant documents, rather than wait for RFE. The reason for this is, in case of a local office transfer and interview, the officer might argue that you never informed them about your job change. The same might be the case, when you respond to RFE.
 
Different people/lawyers etc have different opinions on informing BCIS. It all seems to work out. So make your choice.
