Well AC-21 looks like not anymore smooth ride as I already saw 2 cases with rejcetions and comments guys.. I cahnged job after 2 years of my I-485 to another hospital well job description everyhting same but not sure how this works after all these hurdles..
I dont think there are "rejections" of ac21 cases. Its just NOID in various forms. Its happening more in VSC and that too only if the previous employer revokes the I-140.
Today I saw an ac21 approval in CSC which was pretty smooth. This gives hopes and faith on ac21 memo as such.
