1) Can we switch to new employer immediately after 180 days, say 181th day.
2) I heard if we do like above it may be not safe, so what is safest time to switch, Is one month enough after completing 180 days.
3) Before swtiching new employer do we need to collect anything from sponsoring employer to answer any rfe if any.
4) Many of employers will not give 140 approval notice, so do we need that in any future correspondense, I tried with FOIA, but did not get approval notice.
5) If employer is very bad person, what harm can do at the max. Is it advisable to file PERM as backup.
6) Running in 7th year of h1b, so most probably will be using EAD to join new employer. - Is this safe move.
