Hello!
I have changed my job to new company under AC21 rules.
LC: Approved on 4/1/2002
I-140 Approved on 5/28/2003
I-485 Filed with the receipt of 140 on 10/07/2002
What is the responsibility of new employer when you change job (simialr job, similar pay)?
What is your responsibility to inform USCIS?
My new employer insists on informing USCIS about the change of job and have been asking all the immigration papers. They want to verify that the job description matches! Am I supposed to provide this information? My lawyer is handling the case.
Anyone with similar experience or knowledge, please let me know!
