AC21 / New company role

Guys,

Please help me understand this.

Company A filed my GC (labor + 140 + 485). Once I have an approved I-140 and I-485 is pending for more than 180 days, and have an offer from Company B, what is the role of company B in my GC processing.

What all the new company B have to do to help me get my GC. I'm aware that I need to file AC-21 (EVL from company B, other docs from B). If my approved I-140 is revoked after 180 days of pending 485, if I just get the support letters from the company B, am I safe? Please advise.

Thank you.

Yes, revoking I-140 after 6 months of pending I-485 has no effect on your I-485, provided the new job is similar and your new employer is willing to employ you in perm basis.

Thanks. But what does the new employer has to do for me. Just give the EVL for AC21 ? Who answers any queries to my 485? Old lawyer / new lawyer ?
Old company/new company?
