Hi

I currently work for company A. I filed for I-485 thru my previous employer (Company B with whom I had an apparoved I-140 in my name). I filed this based on future employment offer using my attorney.

Now, 6 months has elapsed and I want to do AC21 with my current employer (company A).

What are the steps that I need to do now and What are all the required documents?

Are there any risks for my current employer in taking over the petition?

Also is there any potential issues that I might face from my previous employer?

Any sugestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

An addition to the above post. I had worked for my previous employer for around 2 years during which time I had my I-140 approved and switched jobs after it. AC21 was not in place then.

In general it should be OK. Did you work for your earlier employer after you applied for 485- If you worked at least 6 mo. for him then you will be totally OK. Else I am not a 100% sure.

AC21- follow some threads- it will tell you about documentation- essentially similar job and salary.

I am also, in the same boat that my current employer will revoke AC21 after 180 days of my 485 filed by my previous employer.

So Please throw some light and also its possible to use AC21??

Thanks,
