AC21 - Need Info(Urgent)

Hi,

I am trying to find out all the issues regarding AC21 as I am in the process of changing employers.

1) How does this process work?
2) What is needed from me &
3) What is needed from the company (current and future)?
4) If its a letter that needs to be sent, then:

4a: Does anyone have a template/draft of the letter that should be sent to BCIS?
4b: Does anyone have a list of all the points/issues that should be covered in that letter?

Any and all help is appreciated.

Anything else that I should be careful about??
