AC21? Location change within the same company

Hi!

I moved to different job location (different service center) within the same company a year ago and my lawyer now recommends to file AC 21 memo reporting job location change. He worries about invalidation of underlying LC if I don't do it. What do you think? The AC21 memo will cause case transfer to different location?

Well if LC says one location you moved technically there is a chnage- however very minor. You don't necessarily have to do AC21 stuff upfront- you can wait till the very end or wait for an RFE and then respond/infrom with you latest location etc.
So in short do nothing and there is nothing to worry.
