Ac21 letter for Interview?

Is it necessary to carry a AC21 letter to the in person interview because my attorney thinks that Employment verification from present company is good enough. Please let me know anyone who had interview and if you took the letter or not. Thanks in advance for your help

The current EVL should be enough, indeed. If you will be asked why you are not currently employed with the original sponsor, you can always cite AC21 verbally. Have you thought about taking your attorney with you?

What's the point? You would have to explain verbally why you did change the job anyway, so why bother writing a letter? This is one of the actual benefits of in-person interviews (as I see it) - it is a dialog, so all non-documentary issues can be resolved easily and quickly right there on the spot. AC21 letter is not an official document, unlike Employment Offer Letter.
 
I would advise you to take a copy of the AC21 memo though just in case the INS officer doesn't know what it is and how it applies to your case.

There is no need to carry the AC21 letter, but do consider taking your lawyer with you. It is always better that someone who knows the ropes (and in some cases the approving officer), be there when you are being interviewed.
