I hired a lawyer to handle my AC21 case. The new job clearly has a similar job description. My only concern is that imagine if I ever get laid off in the new job I am getting; could I find a job to work for an agency that employ people to work for 6 months or 1 year contract ? My lawyer said that such jobs in agencies (temporary assignments) would be valid as well for AC21/AOS purposes. Is this true ?
