I work for a fortune 500 and am about to use AC21 to move to a new employer. Believe it or not, my current employer inclines towards revoking
the approved I-140 if anyone leaves using AC-21. Given the scenario, I am debating between using the fortune 500 attorney (my current lawyer) or finding a new lawyer. What do you people do when you are in this situation. The following are my thoughts, please provide your comments.
Pros of retaining the same lawyer:
1. He may try to influence the company into not revoking the I-140 or even if the company revokes it he will be aware of that and help minimize the damage to my case.
2. He is well aware of my case and has no need to catch up on information.
Cons of retaining the same lawyer:
1. He insists on notifying the USCIS about the job change.
