Is designation an issue in AC21 transfers? Would it be a problem if the position that I'm planning to apply for is Software manager rather than software programmer (as in the labor petition).
The duties for the software manager contain the existing duties for a software programmer as described in ETA 750A #13 *and* other managing duties. Does AC21 need it to be just the same type of duties and *not* anything more? Please advise
