I entered USA on L1A through an employer A. They filed GC EB1C for me with concurrent filing. Now my 485 is in pending status. I140 is approved over a year ago and I already have EAD and AP cards. Now I got a decent offer from another company. Can I switch jobs to employer B using AC21? I don't have L1A visa valid anymore. I am currently working for employer A using EAD. Please let me know if there are any risks in this job porting? Will it delay my GC if my PD becomes current in Oct?
