Submitted I-485 form Illinois(NSC), one year passed..not approved yet.
Meanwhile laid off; getting another job on EAD in Michigan..
will it be a problem that the job is in another state???
The job is Contract-to-hire for 3 months, same title, better
salary... is contract-to-hire a problem??
