My attorney filed AC 21 when I moved to another state of same employer who sponsored GC. That means, after AC21 and before AC21 I am working for the same employer, with same skills and position, but different location. This AC21 was applied after 140 approved and 485 was pending more than 180 days.

Is anyone has used AC21 for the same employer and got 485 approved or denied or received RFE? Please post experience or opinion. I am worried as my PD is very close and it might become current at any time.

I was in same situation last year. Moved from LC state to different state/location (same employer) after 1 year of my 485 pending. My lawyer treated as AC21 and sent the letter to USCIS. I got RFE after 1 month, but, not regarding employment. It was for birth certificate.

I do not know whether they read the AC21 letter or not.

Is you 485 is still pending? Is it became curent now? If your aplication with NSC, they must have preadjesticated, right.

I am planning to do the same; change location while working for the same employer; please help!

Is there risk involved?
If during the "transition to new location" process, I485 gets approved, what are the implications?
