AC21 is possible ?? Derivative's I485 < 180 days

Hi Esteemed users of this forum,

My I140 is approved and it's been more than 180 days since I have applied my I485. We didn't applied my husbend's I485 at the same time. My husbend's I485 applied recently just 60 days ago. In this situation can I use AC21 to change my employer.

Please suggest me it is safe or not safe to change my employer.

You may change employers. AC-21 is for primary applicant - secondary applicants are not tied to 180 day rule.
