AC21: Is it must to change service center?

Hi all,

I have my I-140 already approved. My GC was filed in CSC. I am looking for a better employer but with same or similar job and better pay.

Since CA is moving faster, Can I retain my GC process in CA? Or Do I need to transfer service center to VSC/NSC depending on place where my new employer is located?

if ur 485 is being processed currently in CSC then I dont believe you
can chage it elsewhere. You can use AC-21 to change employers.

r u expecting to file just 485 from different service center?
 
no, I have already filed my I-485. My question was, If I change employer and the employer is located in a differenct service center, then Will I need to transfer my I-485 application from CSC to other service center?

ur service center will be changed only if u file another 140/485.
if u just changed jobs then u dont need to change service centers
provided u've used ac-21
