Hey guys...
how does the 180 days rule(AC21) apply if your company goes belly-up and you are working on an EAD and your I-140 is pending? Can you still work for another company after 6 months of filing for 140? Does the new company apply for a new 140 or does the process start all over again (as in from LCA) or can the company use the 140 that ur old company had filed for you? Any clarification and help is appreciated.
