Friends:- I have got approved I-140 in Feb 06 and current working with a company and got another offer on a similar position. (My Labor Certification was based on Telecommuter and could work in any state). I have also recieved my FP code 3 (3rd FP notice) and my family recieved Code 2 notice for April.06. How do apply for AC21 and what do new employer need to do(Again its a big multinational and must have own lawyers). Can I file on my own AC21 through a existing lawyer(of the current company if they agree) or new lawyer. Please help me with the same. Appreciate it. (My I485 was filed concurrent with I-140 in Sep-2003), so it is more the 180 days ??.
