I-140 approved and I-485 pending for more than a year.
Second EAD approved and currently on EAD and AP status.
I am getting an opportunity which I can't say NO. I decided to use green card portability.
My attorney says I do not need to inform NSC about my job change now and has to prove my employment only if NSC asks employment verification in the later change. I thought I have to send a letter and notify NSC about my job change before taking the job. I do not know the rule in detail.
Gurus - please let me know whether I have to inform BCIS now or at later stage when it asks?
