I joined Prestigious Project for a State Govt. through their Partner Agency (Consoritum, Which is a non profit organization elected by Governing bodies). They had given me the EVL in the format I required for AC21 with same title and Similar job Duties?
And I got the offer letter from State Govt. which is kind of similar to my Job duties. What all documentation other than Offer letter and Employment Letter. There is a tremendous amount of Salary increase compared to my Labor.
Do I have any added advantage in my GC processing by Joining State Govt. project or State Govt. Consortium, I will become permanent employee with State Govt after 3 Years.
Please let me know your thoughts.
