I work for a consulting firm and due to sub tier problems between another consulting firm who is the preferred vendor of my client, I am in the verge of losing my project and my consulting firm is not assuring me of another job placement.
The client is willing to give me a job, but for some adminstrative reasons they cannot offer me a permanent jon where as they are offering a supplemental . I am not sure if this is sufficient for AC21 portability.
I am sure the client will not be able to provide a letter that the job offer is permanent.
I do have another firm who is willing to provide me a offer once I get my GC.
Will this help me to file AC21 if the former option does not work.
Any advice is appreciated.
