Company X filed I140 & 485. Initially worked with X but then transferred H1 to Company Y and on 7th year ext. If 140 is approved, then questions
1. when does one have to go back to Company X - after 140 approval or after 485 approval?
2. Can I use AC21 and remain with company Y?
3. Can I keep getting the H1 extensions with company Y till GC is approved.
4. Is Ac21 needed only if you are going to be using ead?
