AC21! Gurus and Seniors. Please help.

Hi,
My I-485 is filed with vermont service center. I live in PA state.

My project is ending this month.
Using AC21 ( i485 > 6 months), if I change employer and if that employer or my home address is in other jurisdiction area (physical address in Texas, California, Nebraska service area) ,

Will my case get transferred to other service centers?

Please help, since I am going through lot of mental stress and strain for this GC process and I do not want further delay by getting stuck in Texas service center( processing 2000)

I would really appreciate if you would let me know the states which come under Vermont jurisdiction.
