I apologize if this has been posted already on this site.
I do see a lot of discussion on changing jobs and using AC21 provisionins. There was one about a month ago that asked "Where does it say we have to notify the INS if we change jobs..."

- is dated June 19, 2001, I dug this out about a year ago.
- this talks of guidelines being formulated at the time
- I am not a lawyer, this is just FYI for everyone's consumption and application to their own situation in consultation with their lawyer who will hopefully have the updates on this.
(I searched again but I couldn't find a later version of this guide, if anyone did, please post)
