AC21 -> 180 days.

Hi Gurus,
could anybody pls confirm that 180 days (AC21) counts from RD? A lot of people have used AC21 so just wanted to be sure beforehand. Who knows a lot of us can make use of it.

Usually people count it from RD. Since RD and ND are normally 15 to 30 days apart. I think it makes sense to count from ND to avoid any future conflicts.
