AC21 for other than H1Bs?

Does anyone know if AC21 pertains only to H1-Bs, or it has a bearing on other worker's visas, such as L, P, R, etc.

Your input will be much appreciated. If you provide a link, that would be terrific.

I was really confused myself, so decided to read the actual law itself. In a case like this it looks a bit clearcut.

Lawyers tend to just ask another lawyer or two to get a concensus rather than going to the source. I do the same in my job, so I understand. But if I get something wrong, people don't tend to get deported.

However, it is our asses on the line.
