I would like to apply for an intra-company transfer (same job).
My new assignment will be in a different state and a different Service Center.
Do I have to apply for AC21? (I was told that I can keep the I-485 petition with the same Service Center).
I would rather remain on H1-B although my EAD is approved.
My I-140 just got approved from VSC... in 4 months!
If I must go with AC21, can I start the H1-B transfer before 6 months are up from the I-485 RD?
