Hello,
I am currently on H1B visa with an approved EAD for over 1.5 years. I am now planning to switch over to my EAD and start using it for the new employment opportunity. I am leaving my current employer and working with a new employer on W2. Do I have to file the AC21 form because I am going to work for the new employer using my EAD which I have not used yet or can I wait until I receive an RFE to file for AC21?
This contract is short term and I may have to switch employer after 3 months and I don't expect my dates to become current anytime soon. In case if it is not mandatory for me to file AC21 and I have switched over more then one employer using my EAD then finally when I am filing my AC21 do I have to show all the employer I have switched on my EAD or my most current employer? Is switching multiple employer on my EAD can cause concerns with USCIS in any way?
Appreciate your help in this matter.
Thanks
