Hello Everyone,

I am just trying to findout the I-140 LUD change pattern in case of AC21 filing. I have sent AC21 paperwork in the month of July to USCIS and my
I-140 LUD changed on 09/30/2005. Same thing happened to one of my colleague after he had filed the papers for AC21 portability his I-140 LUD changed.

Please share your experiences if it happened for you also.

Thanks,

Hi Pacha Card,

Is there any new development on your 140/485.

I sent AC21 15 days back and LUD changed today on 140 and 485.

Thanks

While applying AC21 what are the papers we have submit to USCIS. My attorney just send a letter which he wrote.

Is that all we need?

I have asked Sheel murthy, she told me, we submit lot of paper and it involves lot of work. then she said, she would charge $1500.

If it is a just matter of writting a letter, then she is wrong.

What could you possibly send to USCIS other than a letter from lawyer/you, letter from company and couple of pay stubs.

Rest of the information, USCIS already has it, like copies of labor, 140, 485.

Does $1500 include any follow up fee like responding to RFE's, responding to any possible 140 revocation (motion to reopen) etc?. If so, then 1500 is nothing.
