Guys getting ready for AC21 here we go. I am starting an FAQ which will help all of us pls write answers for all and if possible add more FAQs also
1. Inform USCIS or not to inform
2. Can salary be less if job duties are similar?
3. Are there any location constraints and does the case have to be transferred to a diff service center if you are moving out of service area
4. Can we use AC21 and also transfer our H1B
5. If employer withdraws I140 or USCIS sends some rfe or communication will current attorney inform us or will USCIS send us mail directly
6. How do we make sure that our address has changed with USCIS if we change address
7. If new employer is in one city and we are in a different city and state is that an issue
8. If we have to inform USCIS of the change then how soon do we have to send AC21 letter after making the switch?
