Guys,
I plan to change jobs using AC21, I-140 approved and I-485 pending for over a year. When you file for AC21 and send Employment verification letter to INS, does the employer have to mention the tools, languages you are going to be working on as what is mentioned in the Labor Certified copy or only that the job Title is similar with similar job duties as in the Labor certified copy is sufficient.
The new job I will be taking is on a tool whose name is not mentioned in the Certified ETA750A from DOL but is mentioned in the ETA 750B, my new job will based primarily on this tool ?? will this be an issue. Should I ask my new employer to send the employment verification letter with the exact same words written on LC copy or is it good enough for them to write that the job and job duties is similar to what the labor was approved with.
Please advise, post your experiences.
