I need to know whether I can apply for AC21 and switch my job under the following situation:
I was working for Company A which applied for my I-140 and was approved in 2005. Company A was acquired by Company B. In July 2007, Company B filed for my I-485 along with an ammended I-140 (employer name change on the original I-140). The ammended I-140 is not yet approved. I want to know whether I can switch my job under this situation and whether it will affect my I-485 in any way? Please advise.
