I just got a good offer from a great company. I am on EAD right now.
The company want to know my eligibility for the job. I can work on EAD, why they need to check eligibility? They want copies of LC, I-140/I485 filings etc. My LC is for software engineer. My job title will be Software design engineer. Can I still use AC-21? And the company will be at NSC. So will VSC still ajudicate my case or it will be transferred?

Thanks

you can use AC21. its not the title that matters..its the job classification and duties...day to day activities more importantly. as far as geography change...there is not many answers except the one which says portability cannot be denied because of geographic change. (Q&A #4)

anyways...here is the link

i think (just my opinion) that there is no real need for INS to look into your case..unless your employer tries to cancel your i140 in which case you will repsond ...and at that point INS will come to know that you are working in a different location...but i still believe the case will be adjudicated in VSC (as and when it comes up here) maybe at that point they might transfer it to NSC for further processing...i do not know.
why i am saying this is...if you read that document there is Q#9 which says your underlying labor is still valid. which would mean that the jurisdiction of labor might still be in VSC in your case.
