I have a question regarding my EAD

I filed for my EAD renewal and haven't received a receipt notice. I am 90 days away from the current EAD Expiry. I am worried - if I don't get an approval what are the options I have...


Can I have my employer sponsor my H1-B does it invalidate my AOS? I know if you are not an AC21 case you can very well do that but I don't know how it works if we change employers on EAD?

Please suggest....
 
1. I don't know if you can go back n forth between EAD and H1. Going to H1 should not have any impact on AOS otherwise.
2. If you have filed EAD- you can get interim EAD at the local office after 90 days of EAD ND. Since you still have 90 days to expiry- you would have a lot of time to do that.

1. If you apply for EAD electronically, will notice of receipt be issued online immediately or still paper notice has to come from the service center?

2. Becos, I changed company as well as attorney and filed a new G-28 , 2 months ago. If the EAD receipt notice goes to my old attorney, I'm not sure how far I will get that back.

Anybody has faced this situation before. Your help/suggestion is highly appreciated.

==> If u file onle u will get receipt notice immediately (note it is a pdf file and you have to store in your PC). Also INS will send you a copy to your address (that u specified in the online application)

==> I guess you are talking about the case if you use the "Paper Filling" :: Ask old attorney to send you a copy. Try calling 800# and tell them you did not get notice.
