AC21 Different Job Role any problem

My I140 was approved and I485 is more then 365 days. I was planning to change the Job. At my new company Job duties are same as my Labor Approval but the role is different.
Will there be any problem if the job role is different for AC21?

i am just trying to understand what is role and what are duties? as per your company. to me role and duties are same. the title maybe different.
i could be software engineer and do java programming. or i could be programmer analyst and do java coding....
 
from what I gather Title is less important than duties. But, it will be good if they are same.
 
from what i read ...the interpretation of job duties is not narrow for AC21. as long as the new offer lists majority of the duties said in the LC...i guess you are fine. the salary differential also a factor..i guess it should be good if its more than what you are making currently.
if you haven't read the ac21 guidelines under the immigration faq...i think you might want to read that...that has all the Q&A which some users in this forum read and answer...why go to anybody else when you can go to the source document...it might clarify a lot of doubts...
