AC21..diff title same job description..Suggestion Needed

Hi I need urgent suggestion regarding AC21.

MY 140 was approved in Aug'03, 485 pending since Feb'03 concurrent filer.

I am changing my job my current title (on Labor cert) is
Senior Consultant, but My NEW TITLE will be IS Audit Manager with similar job description and same salary.

Would I have problem due to this change in title?

Also, when should I send AC21 letter, again I shall join the firm in 1 month!

as long as job description is same i guess u r good 2 go.

now, when to send ac-21 is upto u...some ppl have not
sent it and had their 485's approved and others have
sent it have been approved and rejected.

if i was u I would wait until some sort of RFE and then
send AC-21
