Hi Gurus,

I needed your advice on AC21 so please help if you can!

Here's the situation - Iam planning to join a company in a permanent position , leaving my current job with a consulting company. My I-140 is approved and I-485 pending for more than 180 days.As per whatever i have read here i have two options -

1. Dont file AC21, join new company, hope that my previous company wont revoke I-140, get approval ( probably in 3 months ) , go for stamping.

Do you have to inform INS of your current employer after I-485 approval? I heard that you have to supply an "Affidavit of Support" , is it only if you have a scheduled interview or is it needed for stamping?

Is it possible just to keep quiet and get the approval without ever informing INS of job change? Is there any chance INS might ask for your current employment after you get the approval notice and before GC ( ie during / before interview, stamping etc )

2.Hire a lawyer, join new company, file AC 21, hope that INS approves AC21.

Now, there is very less chance that my previous company would revoke I-140 since iam on good terms with them. What worries me is that if by some chance they do revoke my approved I-140, then the NOID ( Notice of Intent to Deny ) might go to my old address in Kansas City ( Despite calling customer service, sending AR-11, they still sent my FP notice to old address )

Also, my company have filed couple of LCAs since i was consulting and was at different job sites. Would INS consider my original LCA used for the I-140 petition or the latest one - my pay range is considerably different.

Please , someone do help me, because i have to make this decision within a few days. Thanks in advance!!
