My I 140/485 were filed concurrently on 09/25/2003. I got my EAD on DEC 2003 & I 140 got approved on 5/10/2004.
Can someone tell me whether I can work on W2 right now?? Heard somewhere that the earlier rule AC21 which says that u can work for any employer from 180 days of ur 485 petetion date is changed now...
Now its 180 days from the APPROVAL DATE OF 140!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
