I have used AC21, my new title is Software Engineer and the title in Labour is Programmer/Analyst. My current pay is twice the amount on labour certification. Job description is very similar but not exactly the same wording. My case has been moved to National Benefits Center from Nebraska Service Center last week. I am expecting a interview call (all cases transfered to NBC are getting an interview call). What are the chances, if any that the case could be denied. If its denied, do I have any options. Do I have an option for Motion to reconsider. I am currently working on EAD. H1 expired in 2005.
