AC21-Change in Job Title. Experts Pls help...
I've been working as a software engineer with my GC sponsoring company A for more than 8 months since my 140 was approved. I'm now getting an offer from company B. The job title offered by company B is Project Leader. The job duties are similar to those mentioned on the GC application.
Will the change in job title have any effect on my pending 485 processing processing if I use AC21 and join company B?
Pl advise.
PS: In the field of IT, it's fairly common for a person to perform supervision activities and also perform software engineering related activities. Even the tasks mentioned for a computers software engineer in O*NET database at
