AC21 case?

Looking for suggestions from gurus on the forum, been a reader for last few months .

Here is my case scenario

CSC
I-485 Rd 02/06/03
Nd 02/07/03

VSC
I-140 approved Dec 02

Changes job in June worked on EAD had to pay the bills, sponsor company had no project was on bench till 08/09/03, no project.

Given the above would i be eligible for AC21.

Also if anyone can give me a name of attorney in th bay area.

How long were you with your employer after your 485 was filed? From what you are saying, it doesn't seem like you were with your original employer for more than 180 days.

In addition to the 180 days rule, to be able to use AC-21 your new job should be in the "same/similar job category" as the one in your LC.
 
I worked with sponsor till 08/09/03 last pay stub for bench pay.
There was an over lap period with other company for two months 06/09/03-08/09/03 on EAD. Bench pay couldn't pay bills.
Job is same title as LC and pay structure . Also if i don't use AC21 what other options ?

needgc123, it doesn’t matter how long INSforever was working for his original employer. He may use AC21 just because his I-485 is pending more than 180 days.
