I have an approved LC and I 140 from previous employer. The I -140 approval is 3 years old, and not still revoked, I never applied for I-485 at that time. It has been suggested to me to file I-485 now (based on previous I-140 approval, without employer letter), and then after 180 days claim AC21, and send current employer letter.
Is there a realistic chance of this working?
Has anybody successfully got their GC using this approach?
I am worried that this may be considered fraudelent application, which would be a huge problem
